When will I receive my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent within 48 hours after your registration has been submitted. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder to ensure that it is not there. If you still don't see it, please email attendrecess@gmail.com.

Are triple occupancy or other room categories available?

What travel documents do I need?

You will need a birth certificate or passport to board the ship. You will not be able to board without either of these documents.

Question 4

Are drink packages available for purchase?

Unlike other cruise lines, Virgin Voyages does not offer drink packages. All essential drinks are included in the cost as well as a $300 Bar Tab to use towards any other drink purchase. You will have the option to add more funds at a later time.

Question 5

When will my cabin be assigned?

We will submit cabin assignments on the 1st and 15th of each month beginning 2/1/2025.  You must be paid in full to get assigned to cabin.

Question 6

Do we have to purchase the insurance through the link you provided?

Accepted Answer

No, you can select any 3rd party carrier that you wish. We just provided an option for you as without insurance, you will lose 100% of your funds, should you decide to cancel.

Question 7

How can I book excursions?

Accepted Answer

The option to book excursions will be available no later than May 2025. You will be able to login to your account to book your excursions and other add-ons.
